Senior Sourcer/Researcher
What you'll do:
- Build large pipelines of targeted candidates, including but not limited to Engineering (SWEs, IT, DevOps, Data, etc) and candidates from underrepresented minorities in IT (LGBTQ, Female, African American, Latinx) 
- Focus on U.S. territory 
- Coach and train junior researchers/sourcers 
- Participate in weekly meetings and keep daily interaction with US-based clients when needed 
- Present candidate data and market research when needed 
- Have flexible working hours with significant overlap with EST times

What you need
- 5+ years experience sourcing for US positions 
- Expert level with Linkedin (advanced boolean search and Linkedin recruiter filters) 
- Experience searching and posting jobs on Github and Stackoverflow 
- Experience using Google x-ray, Social networks, and other platforms for sourcing 
- Familiar with email search tools such as Contactout, Gem and Nymeria 
- Experience with google suite (Google docs, Google sheets) 
- Excellent written communication skills 
- Attention to detail and a “lab scientist” mentality for testing and implementing the best tools and practices to find talent beyond Linkedin
